Over the retreat, you’ll be invited to slow down, switch off, reconnect with your body, and experience what it feels like to be present again.

After booking, we’ll email you with the next steps, including what to bring, arrival details, and a short participant form so we can make sure everyone is properly looked after.
Payments are refundable within 7 days of purchase. After this, payments are non-refundable unless we can fill your place.
